Eine Wohngemeinschaft in Hamburg Wilhelmsburg hat geschafft, wovon viele andere noch träumen: Sie haben vor rund sechs Jahren ein schönes Haus samt Garten am idyllischen Veringkanal im Reiherstiegsviertel gemeinsam bezogen und sich einen Alltag dort miteinander aufgebaut und eingerichtet! Doch wie geht es weiter, wenn dieses erste große Ziel erreicht ist und die große Euphorie und die Notwendigkeit des intensiven produktiven Miteinanders damit langsam verfliegen? Wie können Gruppen darüber hinaus gemeinsam weiter wachsen, neue Visionen für sich entdecken und den bestehenden Diversitäten und daraus resultierenden Konfliktpotentialen innerhalb einer Gruppe konstruktiv und wertschätzend begegnen?
An diesem Punkt stehend trat die Wohngruppe an uns heran mit der Bitte, einen eintägigen Evaluations- und Visionstag für die Gruppe zu konzipieren und zu moderieren.
Anhand von Vorgesprächen gewannen wir einen ersten Überblick über die potentiellen Thematiken und Bedürfnisse der Gruppe und entwickelten hierauf aufbauend ein Konzept für den Tag.
Gemeinsam mit der Gruppe fühlten wir zunächst in das schmerzhafte Vakuum und füllten es anschließend im Verlauf des Tages stückweise mit neuen Bildern, Ideen und Visionen. Durch eine Vielfalt von methodischen Kreativ-Werkzeugen, die Raum für positive Erinnerung aber auch Schmerz, Wertschätzung und konstruktive Kritik, Selbst- und Gruppenreflektion, Konfliktlinien und Gemeinsamkeiten und das kreative Entwickeln von Lösungsansätzen und Visionen boten, leiteten wir die Gruppe durch den Tag. Dabei gingen wir flexibel auf die Gruppe ein, indem wir unsere Methodik situations- und bedürfnisorientiert anpassten. Am Ende des Tages hatte innerhalb der Gruppe ein tieferes Verständnis für individuelle Bedürfnisse und ein neues Wir-Gefühl eingesetzt. Der anfänglich sich auf den Gesichtern abzeichnende Schmerz und die Enttäuschung hatte sich in hoffnungsverheißendes Lächeln, Verständnis, Dank und Zuversicht gewandelt.

A community in Hamburg Wilhelmsburg has achieved what many others are still dreaming of: About six years ago, they moved into a beautiful house with garden at the idyllic Veringkanal in the Reiherstiegsviertel together and built and furnished their everyday life together! But what happens when this first big goal is reached and the great euphoria and the need for intensive productive cooperation slowly fades away? How can groups continue to grow together, discover new visions for themselves and meet existing diversity and the resulting potential for conflict within a group in a constructive and appreciative manner?
At this point the community contacted us with the request to design and moderate a one-day evaluation and vision day for the group.
Based on a first interview, we gained a basic overview of the potential topics and needs of the group and developed a concept for the day.
Together with the group we first sensed the painful vacuum and then filled it bit by bit with new images, ideas and visions over the course of the day. We guided the group through the day with a variety of methodical creative tools, which offered space for positive memories but also pain, appreciation and constructive criticism, self- and group reflection, lines of conflict and common ground and the creative development of approaches and visions. We responded flexibly to the group by adapting our methodology to the situation and needs. At the end of the day, a deeper understanding of individual needs and a new “we” feeling had set in within the group. The initial pain and disappointment on the faces had changed into a smile of hope, understanding, thanks and confidence.
